YBFpro Series – Compact Oil Mist Filters for CNC Applications
The Bomaksan YBFpro Series oil mist filters are designed for applications where oil mist is generated through the use of cooling and cutting fluids—most commonly in CNC turning and milling operations.
One of the key advantages of the YBFpro design is its ability to be installed directly on individual machines, providing efficient source-based filtration.
Multi-Stage Filtration for Long-Term Performance
YBFpro units come standard with a 3-stage filtration system, with the option to expand to 4 stages using an integrated HEPA filter.
This gradual filtration technology is the most reliable and long-lasting method for oil mist separation.
While alternative systems often require frequent maintenance and unplanned production stops, the YBFpro Series delivers:
- A cleaner and safer working environment
- Reduced maintenance interruptions
- Continuous and uninterrupted production capability
The system includes two washable metal pre-filters, followed by the main coalescer filter, which forms the core of the filtration process. The optional HEPA filter is positioned after the main stage for applications requiring maximum air purity.
Application Suitability
Although the YBFpro Series is highly effective for most CNC oil mist applications, it may not be the ideal solution for every process.
