Oil Mist Filters
Bomaksan branded YBF series filters are designed to be used in all applications where oil mist occurs as a result of the use of cooling and cutting fluids, especially CNC turning and milling applications.
YBF model oil mist filter units are equipped with 4-stage filtration technology as standard and 5-stage with HEPA Filter option. Gradual filtration technology is the most reliable and long-term filter technology in oil mist applications. While alternative technologies require frequent planned and unplanned interruptions in production, thanks to the gradual filtration technology, you get both a clean working environment and uninterrupted production capability.
The YBF model oil mist filter unit has 2 washable metal filters, 1 pre-filter, and 1 main filter. The HEPA filter is optionally positioned behind this main filter. The heart of the YBF model oil mist filter unit is “Coalescer” filters, which are called the Main Filter.
