Growth Attack From Bomaksan

Domestic manufacturer Bomaksan, which has turned to increase its capacity in order to meet the increasing demands in the global market, has declared 2022 as the year of attack. Bomaksan General Manager R. Bora Boysan said that they set a growth target of 70 percent in the new year and said, “The dynamics of growth will be exports and R&D. By increasing our R&D investments, we will continue to expand our product range that caters to different needs and change the atmosphere of Turkey.”

Developing solutions for the dust, gas and smoke problems of industrial facilities, the domestic manufacturer Bomaksan has declared 2022 as the “year of growth”. Focusing on increasing its production capacity with new investments, the company has set a growth target of 70 percent for the next year.

Bomaksan General Manager R. Bora Boysan, stating that 2021 was productive despite the challenging conditions of the pandemic and that they will close this year with a 50% increase in turnover, said, “In parallel with Turkey’s developing economy, we have adopted 2022 as the year of growth. We will start to reap the fruits of our investments in facilities, new products and R&D in 2022 and beyond. We will grow by 70 percent in the new year,” he said.

“We focused on new products”

Bomaksan General Manager R. Bora Boysan stated that 2022 will be a year of recovery in terms of both the Turkish economy and the sector, and said that R&D will come first among the areas they plan to focus on. Boysan continued his words as follows: “As Bomaksan, we closely follow the changing demands and needs of our customers. The main focus of our R&D investments this year was the clean air cabinets, which we have just added to our product range with our BOA AIR brand. We have developed new products to reduce air pollution, which is also prominent with the effect of the pandemic, and to prevent the airborne transmission of the Covid 19 virus. In the near future, our R&D studies will continue to increase in order to expand the BOA product family and equip it with alternative technologies. With the commissioning of the new factory we will open, our production capacity will increase fourfold. The dynamics of growth will be capacity increase, exports and R&D. By increasing our R&D investments, we will continue to expand our product range that caters to different needs and change the atmosphere of Turkey.”

The share of exports in turnover will be 40 percent

Stating that Turkey provides significant advantages in exports with its high quality and competitive production, Boysan emphasized that they plan to increase their market share in the global arena, especially in European countries, with BOA AIR branded clean air cabinets. Boysan stated that they also put new export markets on their radar.

Bomaksan General Manager R. Bora Boysan concluded his words as follows: “By doubling our export figures at least in 2021, we are closing this year with 50 percent turnover and 100 percent export growth. Our export attack will continue in 2022. We aim to increase the share of exports in turnover to 40 percent in the new year. We currently export to more than 15 countries, including Germany, Libya, Slovenia, Moldova, Belgium, Israel, Poland, Portugal, Italy and England. We will add new countries to this list. We will focus on the markets of Russia, the Turkic Republics and the USA, especially the EU countries.”
