III Problem
Bomaksan, an expert in welding fume extraction and filtration, combined the existing 2 filter units and connected them to the manual welding line with a single powerful radial fan. He solved the problem in the manual welding line by replacing the old and non-working acrobat arms in this line with ACROBAT PRO model acrobat arms.
On the other line where the welding robot works, high efficiency suction was provided by using Bomaksan brand PKFC model Jet-Pulse Compact Cartridge Filter Unit and special hoods. Cleaned air in PKFC model filter units was returned to the working environment, resulting in serious heat savings, especially in winter.
ALMABAT company looked at many criteria while determining the right solution partner. The most important of these was the combination of technical expertise and quality manufacturing skills. Bomaksan engineers have become the choice of ALMABAT with their knowledge and experience in the BATTERY sector and its production facility.
Bomaksan engineers carried out joint studies with the battery assembly line manufacturer company and made capacity calculations, channeling project and filter unit selections. As a result of the solution prepared in accordance with the characteristics of lead dust, ALMABAT has been able to create a dust-free, smokeless, healthy and safe working environment.
Bomaksan engineers developed different solutions for different processes in the ALMABAT project. Following this project, various projects were continued to be developed in Turkey and abroad with the manufacturer of the battery assembly line.
