The Bomaksan sandblasting cabinet is a project-engineered surface preparation solution that combines the cabinet, abrasive recovery and PKF cartridge filtration in a single system. Blasting, collection, transport and separation are designed as one continuous line.

The cabinet is engineered around your workpiece dimensions, loading method (rail or vehicle) and operator working space. A grated working floor, internal surface protection and lighting are standard design elements.

Dust-laden air follows a dedicated path: cabinet ventilation carries it through extraction ducting to the PKF cartridge filter unit, with airflow and pressure calculated per project.

How the System Works

  1. Controlled blasting: Compressed air and abrasive reach the nozzle through the blast hose; the cabinet provides an enclosed, safe working area for surface preparation.
  2. Abrasive collects at the floor: Used abrasive passes through the grated floor; under-floor collection channels guide it to the base of the elevator.
  3. The bucket elevator takes over: The elevator carries the material vertically to the separation group beside the cabinet — a compact layout that keeps the recovery line together.
  4. Reusable abrasive returns: The separation group removes dust and unusable fractions; reusable abrasive is fed back into the blast pot.
