How It Works

In Bomaksan PLTF Jet-Pulse Pleated Bag Filter Units, filters are accessed from the top of the unit, allowing installation in tighter spaces.
Multiple inlet configurations are available, enabling adaptation to various industrial layouts and processes.

When contaminated air enters the system, it first encounters a baffle plate that directs heavy particles downward into the hopper via gravity.
This pre-separation process:

Collected dust is transferred from the hopper to the waste container (e.g., big-bag, barrel) using discharge equipment such as a rotary valve or screw conveyor.

When the pressure difference between the clean and dirty air chambers increases beyond a set threshold (monitored by differential pressure sensors), the Jet-Pulse cleaning system automatically activates.
