The Bomaksan Push-Pull Hall Ventilation System is designed to provide efficient and controlled ventilation in industrial halls where welding fumes, dust, and airborne contaminants are generated.
The system operates using ducts installed on opposite sides of the hall, typically 4–6 meters above ground level. These ducts work simultaneously to push clean air into the space and pull contaminated air away, creating a balanced and effective air circulation pattern.
Both ducts are connected to a central filtration unit, ensuring clean and safe air is continuously supplied throughout the facility.
Bomaksan engineers have developed two distinct push-pull ventilation concepts to ensure optimal air quality depending on hall height and pollutant load:
Recommended when:
Mixed ventilation creates a homogenous airflow pattern, ensuring pollutants are diluted and extracted efficiently.
Recommended when:
This method uses a layered airflow strategy, introducing fresh air near the floor and allowing thermal updrafts to carry welding fumes upward, where they are captured and filtered.
Bomaksan’s engineering team, project designers, and solution partners provide fully customized, energy-efficient ventilation systems tailored to the characteristics of each hall and production process.
With Bomaksan systems, facilities benefit from:
Bomaksan’s modular central units allow future capacity increases without requiring a full system replacement, protecting your investment as your production grows.
In layered (displacement) ventilation, clean air is supplied through floor-level diffusers.
This low-velocity air moves upward as it warms, carrying welding fumes and airborne contaminants toward the ceiling level, where they are extracted by the push-pull duct system.
This method offers:
Improved worker health and comfort
