III Problem

TEKSIN company, who is leading waste container producer in Turkey, built up new plant on 45.000 m² field, with 8.000 waste container per month production capacity. In this investment, TEKSIN company set up a new hot-dip galvanising line which create enourmous amount of hazardous fume. The employer of TEKSIN company wants to protect his employees health and increase the quality of the production. In this regard, they ask an effective solution for this fume problem.

The main problem with the fume extraction from zinc pool is that the characteristics of the fume is highly acidic, abbrasive and hot.

III Solution

The dust collection system designed by Bomaksan engineers for a dust-free, smoke-free and healthy working environment demanded by TEKSİN, started with the enclosure built by the pool manufacturer company and ended with the PTF model Jet-Pulse Bag Filter Unit.

The hot, acidic and abrasive fume, dust and smoke released in the zinc pool could be filtered effectively and efficiently with the PTF model Jet-Pulse Bag Filter Unit specially designed by Bomaksan. With the specially designed solutions on the filter unit, condensation of hot steam in the filter unit and rapid clogging of the bag filters were prevented.
